SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Jay is the Chief Structural Engineer and technical consultant for transportation projects firm-wide for a major 100 transportation consulting firm. Responsibilities included project management, business development, proposal preparation, and administration. Typical projects include planning and feasibility studies, type selection studies, and preliminary and final design, including preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. These projects include, highway, railroad, transit, pedestrian, and bicycle facilities.

Jay is personally recognized for innovative solutions on a wide range of projects, several of which have been recognized for engineering excellence by the American Consulting Engineers Council, including a Grand Award for the Reconstruction of the Historic Mendota Bridge.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Power has gathered 15 years in the International Infrastructure construction industry with a focus on mass transit, rail and special systems related to transportation systems, both for rail and highway traffic.

As Special Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in the integration of transportation systems including the design, Jeff has participated in the installation, testing and commercialization for mass transit installations worldwide. Jeff has years of widely varied experiences as a Manager, Customer and Owner for in all types of construction techniques and methods, with various transit, commuter and heavy rail applications. Mr. Power is our transit project specialist with practical experience as a goal driven manager.

Mr. Power is currently project manager for a design and construction project upgrading the performance and maintainability of the US rail system in the Western USA, coordinating Infrastructure design and construction industry and vital complex system integration.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Brian is a renewable energy specialist overseeing a wide variety of solar electric, small wind, and hybrid energy systems in the western mountains of the U.S. Renewable energy system proposal, project management, and final design for residential and commercial scale projects are Brian's specialty. He currently holds North Americas highest certification in photovoltaic design and installation from NABCEP.

Brian has extensive experience in providing remote areas with reliableenergy, balancing power loads and designing complete stand alone energy systems.
